Healing Seborrheic Dermatitis Naturally

Image
It's been a long time since I posted on this blog about my seborrheic dermatitis. Not much has changed since this last post 3 years ago. The only thing is that I still don't follow a vegan diet, but the majority of my skincare has stayed the same. I can tell you from experience what helps and doesn't help me. Disclaimer: I am not a licensed or certified professional. Please talk to your doctor about making changes to your diet.   Being that it been nearly 3 years. I figured I jump in and tell you how and why I switched things up with my diet and skin care. My skin care ingredients haven't changed, just the brand or the type I use. What I hope to do in the future and why.

Great Products for Seborrheic Dermatitis

Sometimes I want to get the product that has the highest quality ingredient that will help with my SD. But normally that doesn't work as I just irritate and make it more sensitive to other products. I hear people say that Cetaphil's Cleanser is very gentle and cleans their skin, but for me, it burned and irritated my skin when it was applied to my skin. Not the best feeling or experience with splashing my face with ice cold water and liberally applying cortisone cream to my skin.
